Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create an account or otherwise use Bid Boots. By using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

The service

Bid Boots finds government contract opportunities that fit your business, drafts proposals and submission emails from the information you provide, and tracks your documents and bids. Features vary by plan, as described on the pricing section of our home page.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you register.
  • Keep the information in your profile accurate — matching and drafts depend on it.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Drafts are yours to review

Proposals are generated with AI and can contain mistakes or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing every draft and for the accuracy of anything you submit to an agency, including pricing, certifications and representations about your business. Solicitation details can change after we collect them; always confirm requirements and deadlines against the official notice.

No guarantee of awards

Match quality describes how well a bid lines up with your profile, not your chance of winning it. We do not guarantee that any bid will be won, that every relevant opportunity will be found, or that listed opportunities remain open.

Your content

You keep ownership of your profile, documents and proposals. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t use Bid Boots to submit false or misleading information to any agency.
  • Don’t attempt to access other customers’ data or disrupt the service.
  • Don’t resell, scrape or bulk-export the service or its bid data.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then moves to Free. We will give notice by email before changing the price of a plan you are on.

Independence

Bid Boots is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for SAM.gov, the U.S. Small Business Administration, or any other government agency.

Ending your account

You can stop using Bid Boots and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Bid Boots is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost contracts or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will update the date above and email account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
